1- User Agreement:

This is a legal agreement between YOU (“User” or “Visitor” or “Guest” or “Client” or “Subscriber” “you” ) and HUNNT AI - FZCO company (hereinafter referred to as “-HUNNT AI” or Company, “we” or “Platform” or “Website” or “us” ), a free zone company organized and existing under the laws of the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone, having its principal address at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates.

The Company follow all laws and regulations of the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone, owns and operates the https://hunnt.ai/ Website. The website https://hunnt.ai/ (hereinafter referred to as “Website” or “Platform”) is a cloud subscription-based service. The company owns a website https://hunnt.ai/ that provides search engine optimization services through an intelligent content generation service, automated technical SEO optimization, and cloud-based hosting services offered through a paid subscription model.

The website offers Users access to Information, Guidelines, services and a Blog.

In order to use the Hunnt AI Services and/or access any Content and/or subscribe, you need to be +18 years of age.

  1. By browsing, visiting, accessing and/or using the services on this Site (or searching for any of the pages on this Site), the Site Visitor whether the User is registered or not, You Confirm That You Accept And Agree To Be Bound By These Terms, Conditions, Disclaimers (the “Terms of Use”), And the Privacy Policy (Privacy link) And Acknowledges That They Constitute A Legally Binding Contract Between HUNNT AI And You. If You Do Not Agree to All of These Terms, You Are Not Permitted to Access or Use Our Website, And Should Not Click to Accept These Terms and Should Not Proceed Further.
  2. Any further modifications to the terms of use shall be applied immediately upon announcement unless otherwise stated, Continuous use and access to the Website is taken as confirmation of the Users full approval and agreement to such modification.
  3. This User Agreement is provided to you and concluded in English and Arabic. The Arabic language version of this Agreement or other documents shall prevail and the Arabic language shall govern its interpretation.
  4. If we contact you in relation to this User Agreement, your Account or our services, we will use the most recent contact details you have provided to us. You must keep your personal details up to date on your Account.
  5. Please keep a copy of this User Agreement for your records. You can view an up-to-date copy of this User Agreement at any time on the Website. You can also ask us at any time for a copy of this User Agreement by contacting Customer Services.
  6. Hunnt AI has the right to record all conversations, messages, and any other communication between you and Hunnt AI.

2- Definitions

  1. "Content Generation Service" is a fully integrated service for creating high-quality content with natural, human-like writing powered by artificial intelligence. The process goes through several technical stages, smart analysis, and intelligent reviews to optimize the content according to SEO standards, ensuring the best visibility in search engines. Additionally, the content can be automatically scheduled for publishing across your platforms, guaranteeing consistent presence without any extra effort;
  2. “Technical SEO Service" is a comprehensive service designed to ensure client website is fully optimized for search engines, it includes analyzing the site's technical structure, improving page speed, fixing technical errors, enhancing internal linking, optimizing XML Sitemap and robots.txt files, resolving duplicate content issues, and improving crawlability and indexing quality;
  3. “Hosting Service” is a fast, reliable hosting solution designed to ensure the client website stability and high performance. It provides an optimized server environment, advanced security, automated backups, continuous monitoring, and professional technical support;
  4. “Fees” refer to the subscription charges paid for access to the services for a specified period of time, and do not include any additional costs if applicable such as customs clearance fees, import fees, or taxes;
  5. “Website Data”: website URLs, SEO settings, competitor links, and keywords; and, where the Client grants our team access to its website data via Google Search Console, the data used for monitoring, analysis, performance improvement, and access to crawl/inspection reports and site performance metrics;
  6. “Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, rights in or relating to databases, patent rights, performers’ rights, designs and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to Confidential Information and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) throughout the world;
  7. “Services” means content generation service, technical SEO optimization service and hosting services;
  8. “Brochure” means any online or hard copy marketing material produced by Hunnt AI that provides information instructions with respect to the Hunnt AI services;
  9. “Subscription Period” means the period from the date of receipt of the payment until the expiry date stated in terms and use (Subscription Period Term) and/or Website and/or Brochures;
  10. “Website” means https://hunnt.ai/ including all pages, content and URLs;
  11. “You or YOU or you” means the individual purchasing any Hunnt AI services.

3- Purpose of Using the Website:

  1. The platform targets companies, organizations, website owners, content writers, and SEO specialists, providing them with the ability to subscribe to a range of online services through a paid subscription model,
  2. We will provide all services using reasonable care and skill.

4- Communication

  1. We will usually contact you via email. For this purpose, you must at all times maintain at least one valid email address in your Account profile. You are required to check for incoming messages regularly and frequently. Emails may contain links to further information on our website. If you are unsure whether a communication is originating from us, please contact the HUNNT AI Company’s customer service department cs@hunnt.ai
  2. If we send an email to the email address on record for your Account, you agree and understand that this constitutes written notice (“Written Notice”) from us to you. If you email cs@hunnt.ai, this constitutes Written Notice from you to us. For all notices made by email, the date of receipt is considered to be the date of transmission.
  3. In order to view emails, you need a computer or mobile with email software that can display emails in HTML format. We may also send you attachments in Portable Document Format (“PDF”) for which you need Adobe's Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded for free at the Adobe website.
  4. We will never send you emails with executable files attached or with links to any executable files. If you receive any email with such attachments, you should delete the message without clicking on the attachment. If you are unsure whether a communication is originating from us, please contact the HUNNT AI Company’s customer service department cs@hunnt.ai.

By using the Services, you agree to receive all communications, agreements, and notices that we provide in connection with our Services, including, but not limited to, communications related to our Services and your purchase of or subscription to our Services, via electronic means, including by SMS, text, Communication applications and communication services over the internet, or by posting them on the website or through our Services.
  2. You agree that all communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing or be delivered in a particular manner and you agree to keep your Account contact information current.

5- EMAIL POLICY

  1. We will not share, sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your email address for commercial purposes without your permission.

THE FOREGOING SHALL APPLY DESPITE ANY NEGLIGENCE, MISCONDUCT, ERRORS AND/OR OMISSIONS BY HUNNT AI COMPANY EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND/OR AGENTS. SOME COUNTRIES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION AND/OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL AND/OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH COUNTRIES, HUNNT AI ' COMPANY LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10- ACCESS RESTRICTION

  1. We have the right to forbid and/or interrupt the transmission of the Website (or the operation of several of its services) to any user, as long as we, according to our reasonable judgment, believe that this access may jeopardize Us and/or the user and/or any third party, as well as that the user has violated the Terms of Use and/or the law of Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates.

13- Users Comments

The website Administration has the power to exclude any comments deemed inappropriate and Users enjoined to:

14- Subscription Period

  1. A period of subscription begins to run from the time that the service registration is completed and after successful payment.

15- Subscription Services

  1. Any Visitor can view the Website, but in order to purchase any of the services Online such as: the content generation service, technical SEO optimization service and hosting services, you must register for an account with us via the Website, pay the amount specified. You must ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate. If you already have an account with us you can log into your account using your username and password.
  2. Where your order consists of multiple services, each service will be treated by HUNNT AI as a separate offer to purchase.
  3. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion and without the need to give a reason, to refuse to accept an offer to purchase one or more services.

16- Payment

  1. The subscription fee for any services at any given time, will be displayed on the Website and/or in a Brochure and/or social media and/or will be notified to you by Hunnt AI customer services representative.
  2. All amounts are payable in United States dollar. The prices quoted are not inclusive of VAT. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making a payment shall be borne by you, and shall not be deductible from the amounts due to Hunnt AI company.
  3. Paying in installment-plans are not available, Fee is payable with a one-off lump-sum payment.
  4. Payment Methods:

With a one-off lump sum payment, payments will be accepted by:

  1. Apple Pay;
  2. Local payments (Fawry, Mada, Knet)
  3. credit card (including Visa, MasterCard and American Express)

18- Termination

This set of Terms and Conditions are valid for an indefinite period of time, but shall be entitled to terminate them by at any we deem necessary without notifying the user and cease to provide you with any Services with immediate effect in the event that you:

  1. fail to pay when due your Fees;
  2. Engaging in violent, threatening, abusive, bullying, or harassing conduct toward any employee, or other user—whether through the Platform and its tools, via social media, or on company premises—is prohibited;
  3. Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive conduct toward us, our employees, or any other users—whether through the Platform and its tools, via social media, or on company premises—is prohibited.

19- Promotional Offers

  1. We may from time to time offer special promotional offers or discounts (“Offers”). Each such promotion/ offer may have different eligibility terms and conditions which you would need to qualify to be eligible to avail the promotion/offer.

20- Changes to Price and Subscription Plans

  1. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.

21- Services Features

  1. Before subscribing to the Service, please carefully review the “Service Features” description available on our website, as it provides all the details and information you need to ensure the Service meets your requirements and needs.
  2. The Company is obliged to provide only what is expressly stated in the Service description on the website.

22- Technical Support and Access

  1. If you are unable to access a service, the company will use reasonable endeavours to provide a solution where the company has direct control over the system, software or settings involved. If the issue lies with your hardware, systems, software or settings thereof, the company may, in its discretion, provide assistance to you to help you resolve the issue but we cannot guarantee that any assistance provided will resolve your issue.
  2. You acknowledge and accept that website and/or computer and telecommunications systems are not fault free and may from time to time require periods of downtime (being periods during which the services will not be available to the User) for the purposes of repair, maintenance and upgrading. Further you accept that you will not have a claim for breach of contract or otherwise in respect of such period of unavailability.

Hunnt AI will use all reasonable endeavours to make available all our Services to you at all times but we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions to or unavailability of our Services. Hunnt AI reserves the right to suspend access to the Website for the purpose of scheduled or emergency maintenance, repairs or upgrades to improve the performance or functionality of the Website.
  4. You also accept and acknowledge that Hunnt AI cannot be held responsible for any delay or disruptions to your access to our services as a result of such suspension or any of the following:
    1. the operation of the internet and the world wide web, including but not limited to viruses;
    2. any firewall restrictions that have been placed on your network or the computer you are using to access our services;

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to data or the User Computer or Smartphones or Tablet or iPad that may arise during use of this website or any of its content.

27- Compensations

  1. You will defend, indemnify and hold Hunnt AI, our employees, representatives, consultants, suppliers and licensors, and our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and assigns harmless from any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, costs, damages, awards, fees, expenses, and/or liabilities of any nature including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from and/or relate to (I) your use of the Services and/or inability to use the Services; (II) your User Content; (III) your violation of the Terms, (IV) your violation of any rights of a third party through use of the Services or User Content; (V) fraud you commit and/or your intentional misconduct and/or negligence (vi) your interaction with any other user; and/or (VII) your use of the Services that is in violation of any applicable law. Hunnt AI has the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
  2. You agree that Hunnt AI has the exclusive right to settle, compromise, and pay, without your prior consent, any and all claims or causes of action that are brought against us. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defiance of these claims.
  3. You agree not to settle any matter in which we are named as a defendant and/or for which you have indemnity obligations without the prior written consent of Hunnt AI.

Hunnt AI will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

You hereby forever discharge and release us, our affiliates and each of our subsidiaries and their respective employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives from, and hereby waive and relinquish, each and every past, present and future dispute, claim, controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action of every kind and nature (including personal injuries, death, and property damage), that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, and/or that relates directly or indirectly to: (I) the Services; (II) any inaccurate, incomplete, unreliable, illegal or infringing content posted on the Services, whether caused by us or any user of the Services, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Services; (III) the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user; (IV) any injury, loss or damage caused by another user or User Content posted on the Services, whether online or offline; and (V) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation and/or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration of, the Services users’ communications.
  2. Any Services provided by us under these terms and conditions are personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.
  3. We shall be entitled to assign these terms and conditions to any other company without prior notice to you.

29- Confidentiality

  1. “Confidential Information” means for Hunnt AI and its affiliates, the Services, and documentation, any information disclosed to recipient either directly or indirectly, that is designated as “confidential” or “proprietary” at the time of disclosure, or that, due to the nature of the information, recipient would reasonably understand it to be confidential whether or not marked, designated, or otherwise identified as “confidential”. “Confidential Information” includes any know-how, trade secrets, or information related to Hunnt AI ' business (including pricing), technology, products and services, finances, employees, strategies, and plans.
  2. Receiving Party shall not disclose or otherwise make available any Confidential Information of Disclosing Party to anyone except those of its employees, directors, attorneys, agents and consultants who: Either party may disclose Confidential Information to its legal and other advisors for the purposes of obtaining advice from them:
    1. need to know the Confidential Information in connection with the purpose of the Agreement; and
    2. Who have previously agreed to be bound by confidentiality obligations no less stringent than those in the Agreement;
    3. Each party shall safeguard all Confidential Information of the other party with at least the same degree of care (but no less than reasonable care) as it uses to safeguard its own confidential information; and
    4. Not use any Confidential Information of the other party for any purpose outside the scope of the Agreement.
  3. If Receiving Party is compelled by law to disclose Confidential Information of Disclosing Party, then to the extent legally permitted.

30- Data Protection

  1. Hunnt AI will process the information it receives from you or otherwise holds about you in accordance with the Terms of Use and its privacy policy. You consent to the use by Hunnt AI of such information in accordance with Hunnt AI's privacy policy.
  2. In the event that you do not wish to receive marketing correspondence from Hunnt AI, a written request or email should be sent to: cs@hunnt.ai.
  3. If you wish to change or update the data we hold about you, please email cs@hunnt.ai.

31- SEVERABILITY

  1. If any part of the Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable in full or in part, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue to be valid, legal and enforceable as though the invalid, illegal or unenforceable parts had not been included in the Terms. A waiver by either you or us of any term or condition of the Terms and/or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term and/or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.

32- BREACH

  1. Without prejudice to our other rights under these Terms of Use, if you breach any of these Terms of Use in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to our Website, prohibiting you from accessing our Website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing our Website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to our Website, bringing court proceedings against you and/or taking any other action available to us in law. We exclude liability for any action taken in response to your breach of these Terms of Use.
  2. Our failure to act with respect to a breach of these Terms of Use by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit our rights in respect of such breach.

33- Force Majeure

  1. Neither you nor the Company shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent caused by a Force Majeure event (i.e., an event beyond a party’s reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, or governmental actions). For the avoidance of doubt, payment obligations and amounts due are excluded from this relief and remain payable.

34- GOVERNING LAW

  1. Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the Terms shall be finally settled in accordance with the Laws of Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of the Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other country.
