This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which customers of HUNNT AI – FZCO (“Hunnt AI”, “we”, “our”) may request a refund for paid subscriptions and in-platform payments only. This Policy forms part of our Agreement with you, alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies exclusively to:
- Paid subscriptions purchased directly through the platform
- In-platform payments made inside Hunnt AI
Important Notes:
- Hosting services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
- Technical SEO services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
- If a plan or package includes any non-refundable service, then the entire plan/package becomes non-refundable.
- Plans and packages that meet all refund conditions are eligible for a refund regardless of the subscription duration (monthly, yearly, etc.).
3. Refund Window (Grace Period)
Customers may request a refund within 3 days from the date of the initial payment.
After 3 days, refund requests cannot be accepted.
4. No-Usage Requirement
A refund is only eligible if the service has not been used at all during the 3-day grace period.
“No usage” means:
- No content generation
- No SEO scans, crawls, checks, or improvements
- No in-platform tools used
- No actions that produce output or consume platform resources
Note: Simply logging in or viewing the dashboard does not count as usage.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Payments are not eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- When more than 3 days have passed since the payment.
- If any usage of the service is detected.
- Plans or packages that include:
- Hosting services
- Technical SEO services
- Discounts or promotional offers (non-refundable).
- In-platform payments after usage.
- Any service listed as non-refundable.
6. Refund Request Procedure
To ensure a smooth and professional refund process, customers must follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Submit the Request

Step 2 – Required Information (Mandatory)
The email must include:
- Name of the plan or package
- Reason for requesting the refund (mandatory and must be clearly stated)
- Account email
- Invoice/Order number
- Payment date
Step 3 – Review
Our team will review:
- Payment date
- Usage logs
- Whether the plan includes any non-refundable services
- Validity of the refund reason
Step 4 – Decision
If the request meets all conditions:
- The refund will be approved
- The plan/package will be immediately deactivated
- The refund process will begin
7. Refund Processing & Timeline
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Banks and card issuers may take 5 to 14 business days to reflect the amount.
- Certain processing fees retained by payment gateways may be deducted when applicable.
- Exchange rate variations are outside our control and may affect the final refunded amount.
8. Cancellation (Without Refund)
You may cancel your plan at any time. However:
- The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
- No refunds are issued after the 3-day grace period or in cases of service usage.
- There are no automatic renewals in our system.
9. Additional Notes
- We do not offer plan upgrades or downgrades.
- We do not offer free plans or promotional credits.
- We do not support corporate invoicing or contract-based billing.
- This Policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights required by local law.

Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
